A recruitment consultancy focused on renewable energy is looking for a confident communicator to drive growth through outbound calls. This cold call-heavy role includes two weeks of in-person training in Scotland, with a fully remote work environment afterwards. The ideal candidate is driven, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainability. This position offers a base salary of £28,000 – £35,000 with uncapped commissions.

Skills
You’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, making outbound calls, and introducing organisations to our consultancy services in the renewable energy space.
This is a cold call-heavy role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships from the ground up and isn’t afraid of the word "no."
We’ll set you up for success withtwo weeks of in-person training in Scotland, where you’ll learn everything about our services, the renewables market, and sales best practices. After that, you’ll join our fully remote team with ongoing coaching and support.
Base salary: £28,000 – £35,000
Uncapped commission - calls/meetings based
