A forward-thinking tech company in the United Kingdom is seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to critically evaluate AI-generated designs and provide insights. This role offers remote flexibility and an entry-level position focused on enhancing AI understanding of design principles, with compensation starting at $20 USD/hr for generic projects and $40 USD/hr for design-specific tasks.
Join to apply for the UI/UX Product Designer role at DataAnnotation
We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. You’ll assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work — including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
In this role, you’ll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Your insights will directly shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers.
This is a new and growing area for our company — focused on teaching AI to better understand visual and design principles. At this stage, designers should apply through our general core assessment and then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Once approved, you’ll not only have access to general AI training projects but also be invited to contribute to design‑specific projects. These projects focus on areas such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables).
Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for any money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United Kingdom will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
