Pay and Engagement

Payment is freelance‑based, per appointment. Standard 30‑minute viewings start at £19, with higher rates for longer appointments, inspections, photography and floor plans. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Conduct property viewings, meet‑and‑greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections, and other related tasks as assigned.
• Schedule and manage appointments within your preferred travel radius.
• Provide professional, punctual, and reliable service.
