A leading kitchen retailer in Southampton is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to provide exceptional customer service and inspire clients with creative designs. We offer a basic salary of £25,400 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50K.
We’re looking for a proactive, target-driven individual to inspire customers and deliver an exceptional Wren journey. Kitchen or bedroom design experience isn’t essential—what matters most is your creativity, drive, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales

- Follow up all customer enquiries promptly
- Ensure customers enjoy a world-class journey from start to finish
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank, keeping in touch with every customer
