- Proven experience in a project-based role within construction, sanitaryware, KBB, or similar.
- Strong track record in specification sales.
- In-depth knowledge of residential new build and/or hospitality project environments.
- Confident presenting CPDs to A&D professionals.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Gain and protect specifications through key stakeholders.
- Identify complex projects and navigate decision processes.
- Co-manage projects to increase sales turnover.
- Maintain accurate project data in CRM.
- Deliver CPDs and represent the company at events.
