A global health services organization in the UK is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to provide support to Asylum Seekers. We are more than just a call centre; we are a vital support line and a compassionate ear for some of the most vulnerable members of our communities, and we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing help to those who need it most. As a Customer Service Advisor in our contact centre, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our service users by handling a high volume of calls, emails, and live chats. Partnering with the esteemed charity, Migrant Help, you will provide essential support to Asylum Seekers, making a significant difference in their lives.
This is a UK, Homebased position. You must be living in the United Kingdom, with the correct Right to Work in the UK (British passport/VISA etc.) to be considered for this role. Any applications from outside of the UK will not be considered.
This role will be working late shifts – 5 x 7.5 hour days between 12pm – 10pm Monday‑Sunday and weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, so it could be a Saturday or a Sunday but on occasions you may work both days. The shifts will be a mixture of these hours and a rota will be provided in advance.
