Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the food industry.
- At least 2 years in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
- HACCP training (minimum 2 days) recognized.
- Qualified Lead Auditor (e.g., IRCA) or completion of a BRCGS Auditor course.
- Experience auditing against GFSI-recognized standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct impartial audits against a range of food safety and quality standards.
- Prepare clear audit reports for certification recommendations.
- Support accreditation processes and quality improvements.
- Provide guidance to colleagues and sub-contracted auditors.
