About Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing front desk duties, handling multi-line phone systems, and assisting with bookkeeping and data entry. The Office Assistant will also play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
  • Maintain organized office records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Set up water, power for new properties
Skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
