Responsibilities
  • Is able to independently undertake the highest complexity level RFPs and feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas; evaluates data and analysis requirements and proposes reasonable approaches for RFPs and individual paid or partnership feasibility assessments.
  • Proactively liaises with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, Business Analysts, and other team members to review RFP challenges and work collaboratively to a solution with no oversight required. Identifies solutions to non-standard requests; applies knowledge to a range of moderately complex activities; escalates issues as needed.
  • Represents Global Feasibility in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders with collaboration, professionalism, integrity and quality.
  • Works efficiently within processes and handles an average to higher number of assignments and complexity concurrently across all therapeutic areas as needed.
  • Develops, analyzes and delivers pre-award site-level feasibility assessments into presentations and/or written reports for internal/external stakeholders, independently.
  • Maintains highest standards of Global Feasibility; keeps comprehensive records and stores data without audit issues; demonstrates excellent editing, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conducts independent literature research using internet and internal tools to provide detailed background information.
  • Supports preparation of materials for and attends bid defense teleconferences and meetings with minimal supervision.
  • May coordinate work of other team members on larger joint projects, multi-study assignments or alliance/FSP partnerships.
  • Mentors junior team members up to Senior Feasibility Lead, Global Feasibility level, including editing text and slides and providing data insights across indications.
  • May provide new team member mentoring at the line manager’s discretion.
  • Supports department management in developing group initiatives and achieving business objectives; may participate in department staff operations.
  • Participates in developing metrics to measure impact of data asset use and feasibility processes; may serve as department SME for feasibility initiatives and processes.
  • May develop, audit and maintain departmental systems for storage, retrieval and analysis of historical feasibility data.
  • May be assigned direct line management responsibilities dependent on departmental need and at the discretion of VP/SVP, SSU and regulatory.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research
  • Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments

  • Ability to understand and present complex scientific and clinical research data and methodologies
  • Knowledge of principles and standards in the CRO industry
  • Advanced English in sales and bid text development
  • Experience working with individuals and data to drive business objectives

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases), email and internet research
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills
