Job summary
A remote customer service company is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant & Customer Experience Specialist to support customer communication, order management, and general operations. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, assist with quotes, and manage order timelines. Strong written communication and tech-savviness are essential. This role offers a flexible schedule of 10–25 hours/week with competitive hourly pay ranging from $8.00 to $12.50 based on experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or virtual assistant roles is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is essential.
- Ability to work quickly and respond to customers the same day.
Responsibilities
