A leadership development consultancy in the Liverpool area is seeking an Associate Facilitator to deliver development programmes focusing on leadership and EDI training. The role requires experience in coaching and delivering impactful training, with an emphasis on behaviour change. The position is home-based, requiring regular travel around the UK. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in leadership development and cultural understanding.
We are seeking an Associate Facilitator, preferably based in the Liverpool region, who can deliver pre-designed development programmes for Employee groups, Managers and Leaders. This will be to deliver to several of our clients in the UK as well as around the world. We are seeking a self-managing individual with experience working in-house, independently, and/or in consultancies. We will appoint someone who is credible, confident, and able to draw from academic theory and models as well as their first-hand experience. Our learning programmes, covering broad business themes, inclusive leadership, bias and belonging, anti-racism, appreciating difference, emotional intelligence, and more, are pre-designed and agreed upon with our clients. This role would deliver programmes and an initial evaluation of their impact.

This role will be home-based, with regular travel around the UK. The person will report to the Head of Content for each assignment. We anticipate that we will engage you between 2-5 days per month.
