Female Support Worker – 2 roles available: 15 or 37 hours Per Week

Location: Armadale, West Lothian
Shift Patterns:

• 07:30 – 15:00
• 14:30 – 23:00
• 21:45 – 07:30 (waking night)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our amazing team, supporting four lovely ladies in their home in Armadale.

• Shopping
• Listening to music
• Arts & crafts
• Meeting new people at local clubs and groups

Your role? Helping them live their best lives!
✅ Support with mobility (experience with hoists and walkers is a bonus!)
✅ Assist with some personal care
✅ Administer medication

• A caring, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including weekends and waking nights
• A full UK driving licence and your own car would be great—but not essential

Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
