We are on a mission to help engineers build physical products faster. Imagine the npm install for mechanical engineers.

Remote: We are a fully remote company with team members from over 5 countries.

We never count hours and measure team members by performance and communication only. We hate micro-management and we 100% trust team members to perform tasks and to be honest with each other.We play online games weekly together, encourage people to ask the hard questions, and we fly everyone once per year for our annual offsite in a beautiful place in the nature.

We have a no-BS-meeting policy. We will have one weekly with the whole company and another one with the dev team. That's it.

• 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, end-to-end.
• Proven experience with React, NodeJS and MongoDB.
• Proven experience building complex web applications, considering clean and simple architecture, security, scaling, performance and maintainability.
• Good understanding of data modeling.
• Experience working in a product company.
• Few working hours overlap with GMT+3.
