Responsibilities

• Plan and implement large IT projects on the Cloud MCIM application.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SaaS solutions.
• Lead and facilitate client calls and deliver software training.
• Maintain detailed project timelines and deliverables.
• Configure and customize instances of MCIM during implementation.
• Maintain project documentation including requirements and QA plans.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects.
• Contribute to product improvements and SaaS best practices.
