A successful Digital agency in Bournemouth is seeking a Product Manager to maximize client value through effective team collaboration and project management. Candidates should have a strong background in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, alongside excellent communication skills. The role offers competitive pay, hybrid working options, and various employee benefits including health care and team events.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (with flexi-time and hybrid working options).
Salary: Subject to experience.
This is an exciting role for anyone wanting to work at the heart of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole's most successful Digital agency. The right candidate will have a background in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, including an in-depth technical knowledge of web-based applications, hands-on experience of complex integration projects and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
As a Product Manager you'll join our Solutions Team and report to our Solutions Director, Phil. Your main responsibility is to maximise the value we deliver to clients, both for one-off projects and ongoing programs. You'll do this by drawing on our expert team of Account Directors, Program Directors, UX Designers, Technical Architects and Data Scientists to identify the right problems to solve, envision a range of possible solutions and, ultimately, help decide what should be built.
Secondly, you'll minimise risk by working hand-in-hand with our in-house development team, Program Managers and QA Analysts to reinforce common understanding of our solutions and coordinate the early and iterative delivery of the most valuable features.
