Job summary
A remote assistance company is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support daily operations from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be comfortable with technology, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a flexible position requiring 1-2 hours per week, with a pay of $23.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, or medical front desk preferred.
- Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Organized, positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Self-motivated and eager to help grow a new practice.
- Social media marketing experience is a plus.
