Job summary
A leading security solutions provider based in the UK is seeking a Technical Sales Support specialist. The role involves providing sales support to Business Development Managers, delivering training to product users, and promoting security systems to clients. Candidates should have a tertiary qualification in engineering or IT, alongside 5+ years of relevant experience in security systems or IT environments. Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support to maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver proactive technical support and training to dealers and users.
- Promote High Spec systems to Government and Corporate institutions.
- Co-ordinate technical support services with Business Development Managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in preparation of the business plan and budget.
- Manage timely resolution of call reports.
- Identify and rectify weaknesses in technical support delivery.
