Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to maximize sales opportunities.
• Deliver proactive technical support and training to dealers and users.
• Promote High Spec systems to Government and Corporate institutions.
• Co-ordinate technical support services with Business Development Managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in preparation of the business plan and budget.
• Manage timely resolution of call reports.
• Identify and rectify weaknesses in technical support delivery.
