We’re hiring a high-performing Appointment Setter to manage a steady stream of 15+ warm inbound leads per day. No cold calling. No chasing. Just calm, structured conversations with parents who’ve asked for help.
- Handle short (5–15 min) inbound discovery calls
- Qualify leads and book consultations using proven frameworks
- Update CRM, log KPIs, and manage follow-ups
- Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Work remotely from a quiet, distraction-free setup
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Stay calm under pressure and listen actively
- Enjoy structured, repeatable daily flows
- Have experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting
- Are available during UK daytime hours (late morning to early evening)
- Want to grow into a high-ticket closer role (£3K–£7K+ potential)
- Prefer high-pressure or aggressive sales environments
- Struggle with time management or structured systems
- Dislike fast-paced, high-frequency conversations
- Need micromanagement to stay productive
- Aren’t comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, or CRMs
- Call Volume: 15+ leads/day, 6–7 days/week
