A global environmental organization is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide 2nd line support across core applications. The role involves managing stakeholder communications, taking ownership of Microsoft D365, and ensuring system stability. The Application Support Team provides 2nd line support across existing and new applications/features integral to our core business process of collecting our customers data accurately. Support of CDP delivering the systems and processes in the disclosure systems domain which maximise business value, meet customer expectations and operationally deliver. Works closely with technology, business and data teams to ensure successful delivery for our customers.

The salary banding for this role is £32,157 -£40,197 (or regional equivalent for this Grade). Holidays and benefits in accordance with local regulations.
