A prominent healthcare company seeks a Field Sales Manager to drive growth in sales volume and margin in the UK. This role requires building strong relationships with independent pharmacy contractors and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, a valid UK driving license, and a solid understanding of the pharmacy industry. Responsibilities include account management, customer negotiations, and achieving defined sales targets.
Due to internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Field Sales Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to grow the sales volume, value and margin of their Region ahead of the market, delivering/exceeding defined targets & KPI’s. This will be achieved through developing strong and trusted relationships with independent pharmacy contractors and decision makers, growing spend across product categories. The role will represent our Bestway Healthcare brands: Lexon, Wardles, and Lexon specials. The role is Field based covering the Humber, Notts, South Yorkshire. Core activities include Account management, prospecting new business, relationship management, customer negotiations and account reviews.
