A community support charity in Worcestershire is seeking an Employment Specialist to help individuals achieve meaningful employment. The role requires providing 1:1 coaching, partnering with local employers, and delivering person-centred support. Candidates should exhibit an open mindset and have experience supporting vulnerable individuals. This position offers flexible hours of 25 per week with opportunities for professional development and values creativity and inclusion.
Salary Band:£24,000– £26,000Full Time Equivalent per annum(pro rata)

Location(s): Worcestershire (Covering North or South)

We have 2 opportunities available to work 25 hours per week. Either covering North Worcestershire where the base is to be confirmed or covering South Worcestershire where you will be based at ONSIDE’s Health & Wellbeing Riverside Hub in Evesham.
We are looking foran Employment Specialist whoisopen-minded, non-judgemental,has a respectful attitude together with an ability to easily create partnershipswith people from all backgrounds and communities,based on trust.
An Employment Specialist rolewould suit someone withprevioustraining or experience in motivational coaching and interviewing.And hasdemonstrable experienceand skillsin supporting vulnerablepeopleinto paid work and/or who has experience supporting individuals who have mental ill health.
