As an Associate Broker/Senior Broker, your primary responsibility is to engage and close qualified leads to achieve individual targets. Your duties will include:
- Consult and match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions
- Proactively generate outbound leads when necessary
- Foster and nurture relationships with our existing panel of lenders and explore partnerships with new lenders
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the CEO, CCO, and CTO, contributing to various aspects of operations, product development, and sales and marketing
- Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and other skills to drive revenue for the company
- Coach Analysts as a part of the career development program
