We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our sales team as an Associate Broker/Senior Broker. This is an experienced-level position offering uncapped commission potential and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Broker/Senior Broker, your primary responsibility is to engage and close qualified leads to achieve individual targets. Your duties will include:

  • Consult and match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions
  • Proactively generate outbound leads when necessary
  • Foster and nurture relationships with our existing panel of lenders and explore partnerships with new lenders
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the CEO, CCO, and CTO, contributing to various aspects of operations, product development, and sales and marketing
  • Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and other skills to drive revenue for the company
  • Coach Analysts as a part of the career development program
