A global nonprofit organization is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to provide first-line HR support and advice to line managers and staff, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities. Do you have experience of problem solving with stakeholders?
Do you have experience of providing first-line HR advice to line managers and staff on a range of employment related issues?
Do you have knowledge of UK employment legislation?
In this role, working closely with your HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive and robust first-line HR advice to Line Managers, and staff in service of our vision to build and nurture a diverse, inclusive workforce who can deliver our goals to fight poverty and inequality around the world.
Please be aware that while the contractual base of this role will be home-based, the successful candidate will need to be willing and able to travel across our shop network in the Northern UK. This includes the following areas:
