McArthur's Victorian Early Childhood Education (ECE) Team is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who thrives on challenge and wants to grow with us. This role plays a key part in supporting Early Learning Centres and Sessional Kindergarten clients through high-volume, fast-paced emergency relief rostering.

- Manage high-volume emergency relief rostering, responding to shift requests from Early Learning Centres and Sessional Kindergarten clients with strong attention to detail
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and casual relief staff
- Provide administrative support including compliance checks, recruitment, onboarding, and related tasks
- Work in a full-time hybrid role during each school term:
- 3 days working from home in our After-Hours team (Monday to Wednesday 3pm to 10pm)
- 2 days based in the office - located in Burnley (near Richmond) (Thursday 10-5pm & Friday 9-5.30pm)
- Fortnightly Sunday shift worked from home (3pm to 10pm)
- You will have school holidays off!
- Excellent communication skills - you listen actively and respond with professionalism and respect

- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong roster and documentation management skills
- Previous experience in recruitment, rostering, or workforce allocations is preferred
