Job summary
A prominent healthcare provider in Camberley is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their award-winning team at Camberley Woods Care Home. The ideal candidate will hold a First Level qualification, current NMC Registration, and have at least two years of nursing experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, undertaking various nursing tasks, and ensuring high care standards for residents. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in nursing.
- Up to date knowledge of care practices.
- Demonstrated ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
Responsibilities
- Act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required.
- Undertake nursing tasks including medication distribution and catheterisation.
- Advise families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions.
- Supervise and deploy staff effectively within the care team.
