Job summary
A leading care home provider in Winchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. You'll handle diverse tasks from fixing leaks to gardening, supporting a team and the General Manager with budgetary concerns while prioritizing resident wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, and the flexibility needed for varied working hours. A full UK driving licence and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are required. You’ll also enjoy a competitive pay package and numerous benefits.
