Heating & Ventilation

£30,000 depending on experience plus performance related bonus

Certikin is looking for a Product Support Advisor to join our busy Heating & Ventilation Division to help deliver further growth. Certikin International is a brand leader that delivers everything that is required to build, refurbish & maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa/wellness centres. Based in our Head Office in Witney, Oxfordshire the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with technical enquiries, specifying and providing quotations on Heating & Ventilation products all the while providing a high level of customer service.

• Liaising with customers and building lasting relationships
• Handling all customer email and telephone enquiries of a technical and sales nature, promptly and effectively
• Providing both written and verbal quotations where necessary for products relating to the Heating & Ventilation Division
• Dealing with technical enquiries referred by the Sales Order Processing department
• Receiving and inputting telephone and email orders as a result of quotations as a result of technical advice and/or quotations
• Accompanying Divisional Management or other colleagues on customer or supplier visits as appropriate
• Occasionally attending Trade Shows and Company-led seminars
• Liaising with External Sales Executives
• Promoting product initiatives and assisting in promoting designated lines
• Maintaining product knowledge in order to influence and develop sales, as well as upselling products
• Providing documentation as required by the customer such as product specification
• Maintaining knowledge of the in-house system to effectively deal with enquiries regarding delivery and availability.

• Previous experience of working in the Swimming Pool industry would be desirable but not essential
• Technical skills, practical thinking and a strong sales focus
• Strong communication skills, including confidence using telephones
• Knowledge of account management, or previous sales experience would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft software
• Ability to function in a high‑paced environment.

Your role will be office based working 37 hours a week within a small and knowledgeable team.

We are offering an annual salary of £30,000 depending on experience plus a performance related bonus.
