It would be ideal if you have previous experience gained in a similar role. However, whilst this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours to make a difference to people’s lives. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. Your positive attitude and passion for providing high‑quality care and support will be your key strengths. You will assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents and tenants.

  • Encourage people to live as independently as possible, supporting them in building life skills and achieving goals at their own pace.
  • Support tenants in a person‑centred way, including assisting with personal care, participation in activities, and daily living skills, and maintaining their tenancy.
  • Complete daily administration of electronic and paper records with individual's involvement as appropriate.
  • Support the individual’s health and wellbeing, liaising with other specialists as needed.
  • Encourage participation and integration in the local community through activities and interests that meet their ambitions and help them achieve outcomes in their chosen way.
  • Embed the REACH standards in everyday practice.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
