A leading automotive retailer in Bedford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, ensure timely information on parts availability, and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Required skills include strong communication and organizational abilities, proficiency in IT, and a valid UK driving license. Working in our parts department as a Parts Advisor you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face-to-face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.
