A leading retail company in the UK is seeking a Lead Product Manager to play a key role in defining and launching Store Data Products. The ideal candidate will have experience in product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and leverage data analytics to improve store efficiency. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various teams including engineering and analytics to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and play a leading role in defining, building and launching Store data product that have a real impact on Tesco business and colleagues. As a Lead Product Manager, you will evolve and drive the product vision, strategy and delivery of Store Data Products that empower Tesco colleagues to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will define the product roadmap, prioritise features and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, analytics, stores and external partners, you will translate complex business challenges to improve store efficiency and colleague productivity. You will champion innovation, leverage store data and advanced analytics and ensure products deliver measurable impact on operational performance and colleague experience.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being based at our London and Welwyn Garden City offices 3 days a week.
