It features two lounges and a beautiful garden with a patio, providing relaxing spaces for residents. Cartref Dyfi specialises in dementia care, residential care, and respite services.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The work will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
