A luxury lakeside hotel in the United Kingdom seeks a Chef de Partie to manage a kitchen section with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include ensuring high hygiene standards, managing HACCP procedures, and supporting the kitchen team. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
Food Type: Fine dining and modern brasserie. Accommodation is available. Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 73 luxury bedrooms, fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa and conference suite overlooking the lake. We have a friendly team and are looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board.
At least 2 years’ experience as Chef de Partie or a comparable role. Attention to detail is a must, with the ability to work in a calm and professional manner whilst running your own kitchen section. Flexible approach, willingness to learn new techniques, ability to work independently as well as a true team player.
Hourly rate – £11.85- £12.40, depending on experience.
Full time, average of 40 hours per week.
