A leading convenience food manufacturer is looking for a full-time Site Services/Facilities Manager in Selby to oversee industrial services management. This temporary role covers maternity leave and requires someone with a strong engineering background, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing industrial systems. We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us on a fixed–term contract, covering maternity leave from January 2026 for around 10.5months. Because this role is rooted in our people and our day–to–day operations, you'll work full–time from our Selby site (YO8 5BJ Dexter).
As Site Services /Facilities Manager you will report into the Factory Engineering Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring competent industrial services management, plus building and fabrications to ensure optimal cost, highly efficient, quality, and sustained generation, and distribution of utilities for the factory operation.
