  • Manage caseloads across varying complexity and support decisions to close matters or escalate for full investigation.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and maintain high standards of service.
  • Support associates and teams in investigations for lower to medium complexity matters when applicable.
Qualifications and skills
  • Experience in managing cases or undertaking investigations.
  • Ability to gather and analyse information and apply rules or decision-making frameworks.
  • Experience drafting complex documents or letters to a high, professional standard; effective telephone communication and rapport-building with customers.
  • Strong case management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet targets.
  • A track record of delivering a positive experience to diverse customers and stakeholders.
  • Open to applicants from varied backgrounds, including regulatory or legal, casework, or investigation roles.
What’s in it for you?
  • Protect the public and enforce high professional standards by engaging with regulated firms and individuals.
  • Varied caseloads where no two cases are the same.
  • Collaborative work with Legal and Enforcement, Authorisation, Intelligence and Forensic Investigation teams.
  • Rolling in-depth training to develop analysis and investigative skills.

There are opportunities to develop your career within the department, including enhanced investigation or management paths, and specialised teams for complex and high-profile matters.
