We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations at Berwick Care. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient running of all warehouse functions, including goods‑in, order fulfilment, transport planning, and team management. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
The successful candidate will combine a strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach, bringing energy, leadership and structure to a busy, fast‑paced environment. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, meets service level expectations and supports long‑term business goals.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract Type: Full‑Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday (1‑hour break with flexibility for early finish based on weekly hours)
Location: Telford, England, United Kingdom
