This role is crucial to increase our sales efficiency and increase our conversion rate by preparing all required equipment designs (CAD drawings, quotations, price calculations). An extensive experience within the materials handing industry is key in order to provide the right support and expertise on design solutions. Whilst based from home, this role will require travels on request and presence in the office up to 3 days a week.# **We offer:****Drawings*** Support across all functions within Intralogistics department on specific Projects in the UK&I for STILL and Linde* CAD drawings based on data collection* Analysis and assessment of customer requests on (technical) feasibility and potential solutions* Coordinate and structure data & information flow, necessary to offer the solution* Support the Sales Manager during customer meetings and presentations on request**Price calculations*** Review and selection of suppliers for all business stream* Optimisation of costs to improve our competitiveness* Review cost and pricing with the sales managers* Prepare the quotation for review with the sales manager* Develop training contents for internals* Work with the Service team to review pricing for integrated solutions**Sales documentation*** Prepare Sales presentation for internal and external customers* Ensure the sales team has all the latest and up to date sales tool / material available ensuring a professional sales pitch* Work with 3rd party suppliers for specific demands within the UK market* Work with HQ product managers to further develop and bring to market new products and solution upgrades**Handover*** Review of projects when the order is placed* Participate to lesson learnt session to enhance our customer service# **Tasks and Qualifications:**Internal:* Sales force (STILL and Linde)* Service team* Sales Intralogistics team* Realisation team* HQExternal:* 3rd party suppliers* Customers**Required functional competencies / experience / qualifications*** Experience within Storage Industry preferred* Understanding of integrated offerings (ASRS, Shuttles ETC)* Ability to analyse and solve complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions* Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities and timeframes simultaneously* Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills* Software skills in 2D/3D drawing* Good communication skills* Willingness to travel* Being able to work autonomously* IT Literate – including intermediate PowerPoint, MS Power Point and Excel and Microsoft project* Full driving licenceIf you want to be part of keeping the world moving, the KION Group is the right place.
