We are currently partnering with a leading food manufacturer in Birmingham who are looking to appoint an experienced HSE Manager. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety performance.
- Proven track record as an HSE Manager (preferably within food manufacturing or a similar high-risk FMCG environment).
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and best practice.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage across all levels.
- A proactive leader, capable of driving both compliance and cultural change.
