What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and execute the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for NTK initiatives, aligning with product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee recipe development across all touchpoints — from in-box books to digital platforms and brand collaborations.
• Collaborate with regional culinary leads and recipe developers, ensuring every dish reflects quality, creativity, and consumer-first thinking.
• Be the go-to culinary expert, showcasing how our products transform cooking through convenience and performance.
• Test competitor recipes, collaborate globally, and provide insights that shape product development.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in culinary development, food innovation, or recipe-driven content creation.
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Food Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
• Confident presenter with strong stakeholder management skills.
