Job summary
A leading fashion jewellery company in the UK seeks a Retail Sales Merchandiser for their High Wycombe location. This position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work closely with customers in a retail environment. Responsibilities include merchandising products, setting up promotions, and maintaining store standards. Candidates should have prior customer service experience, ideally in fashion retail. A smartphone is necessary for operational tasks. This is a temporary position until 02/05/2026 with competitive compensation.

- Merchandise products to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Put out deliveries of new stock.

- Set up promotional activities.
- Work with host management teams to build relationships and improve sales.

Shift pattern - 6 Monday, 6 Wednesday, 6 Thursday & 6 Friday

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in High Wycombe but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.
You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.
