Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service.
  • Be fully conversant with operational systems and requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing the guest experience.
  • Ensure every guest receives professional service in line with SOPs.
  • Uphold all in-house policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Oversee daily maintenance checks and departmental checklists.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to meet revenue targets.
