A luxury hotel group is seeking a passionate Reception Manager at their Barnsley location. You will lead a friendly team of receptionists, ensuring excellent guest experiences and high standards at the front desk. Responsibilities include managing operations, maintaining communication with departments, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates have previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio. The company offers various perks including generous discounts and a focus on employee wellbeing.
Location: THE PIG-in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, GL7 5EE
Salary: OTE £33,780 per annum, including tronc.
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days.
We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Reception Manager to lead our team of friendly Receptionists.
The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.
As our Reception Manager you will be responsible for the effective running of the front office, managing the team of receptionists to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard. You will be required to maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.
Experience of working as a Reception Manager or within a similar role is essential, along with knowledge of Opera Fidelio.
