Job summary
A leading consumer goods company in Burton-on-Trent is seeking a Shift Engineer to optimize equipment running and maintenance. Responsibilities include electrical and mechanical fault finding, preventative maintenance, and decision making that impacts production. Candidates should have a minimum NVQ level 3 in Engineering and relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments. - Minimum NVQ level 3 in Engineering and Post Apprenticeship Skill level.
- Experience in manufacturing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company preferred.
- Experience working within a food manufacturing environment is desired.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification.
- Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Write detailed reports on machinery status.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights.
- Implement technical decisions affecting production.
