Assistant Management Accountant – Hybrid & Growth
Job summary
A growing technology company in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to support the finance team and gain exposure to international finance operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, inventory control, and improving finance processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in finance, strong Excel skills, and be at least AAT qualified or studying CIMA. Benefits include a 10% pension contribution and private medical insurance, with possible hybrid working after probation.

- Conduct inventory control and stock reconciliations.
- Prepare sales reporting and revenue analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes.
- Improve finance processes and controls.
