Qualifications

  • Preferred but not essential: CA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Experience with IFRS and FRS 102 is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for clients regarding reports.
  • Produce personalized monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Create financial statements in accordance with IFRS and FRS 102.
  • Collaborate on process improvements.
  • Deliver customized financial reporting.
  • Generate investor reports and prepare VAT returns.
  • Perform due diligence on entity acquisitions.

Skills

Accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Experience in preparing financial statements
