A leading visual effects studio in London is seeking a Lead Pre-Visualisation Artist to oversee artistic and technical standards for the Previz team. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in the industry, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in key 3D tools. This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing a team of artists, and ensuring the highest quality of work within established timelines. A hybrid working model is offered, requiring a minimum of 2 days on-site per week.

The Lead Previz Artist is a seasoned creative and technical leader who acts as the day‑to‑day artistic and technical anchor for the Previz team. Collaborating closely with the Previz Supervisor and VFX Supervisor, the Lead is responsible for setting the aesthetic and technical standard, and directly overseeing a team of artists. The role ensures complex shots and sequences align with the Director's and Clients' vision through dynamic camera movement, animation, composition, staging, lighting, and editing, while actively contributing to key creative development and pipeline efficiency.
