Job summary
A prominent NHS organization in Wigan seeks a detail-oriented Workforce Data Analyst to join their People Directorate. This full-time role involves producing and analyzing workforce data to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively. The position offers a salary ranging from £31,049 to £37,796 pro rata per annum, with flexible working arrangements.
