Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Champion a systems-based approach to performance and risk management.
  • Drive compliance with Health & Safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Guarantee statutory regulations are consistently achieved and maintained.
  • Take an active role in collaborative planning sessions throughout the project lifecycle, including inspections and acceptance meetings.
  • Support project sponsors by providing insight into Minimal Viable Product recommendations and managing risks associated with scope changes.
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the water industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Wastewater networks and treatment assets, including CSO principles, pumping stations, and treatment operations.
  • In-depth understanding of Health & Safety standards (Work Authorisation, Manual Handling, Confined Spaces).
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and solve problems independently under time constraints.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions to maintain compliance and best practices.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, company policies, and regulatory requirements within the water industry.

Qualifications
  • BTEC Level 3 or equivalent in operating Wastewater assets (or willingness to train).
  • Full UK driving licence.
