We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Building Maintenance and Compliance Controller to join our team at United Utilities. This role is key to ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of approximately 7,800 buildings, offices, and depots. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance, working closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver real value.
You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering maintenance and compliance projects that make a difference.
